A very nice and decent hotel I randomly found on internet and booked my stay. Everything was close by, from the Ghats to the fruit market and other food outlets, because it was located on Haridwar's main market and road. The rooms, service, and food were all incredible! The rooms, bathrooms, parking lot, and kitchen were all spacious and well-kept. The dining room is on the top roof with indoor sitting. You can only see the markets and road from the top nothing much! The food was delicious! It tasted as if it had been prepared at home. Chef Nathilal was incredibly sweet and helpful. Every request was readily met by him. The staff was pleasant, respectful, and helpful. There are separate rooms and a food facility for drivers as well which is a plus point! Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Hotel is very good, I booked this hotel after searching several hotels. Food quality was also very good. You can go to nearby places like Har ki Pauri and other places. There are many shopping places near this hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

I booked this hotel after going though some reviews on trip advisor & makemytrip. It's a little far from Haridwar rlwy station (3.5 kms) and situation on top of main road. One needs conveyance to visit Har Ki Pauri and main bazaar; e rickshaws could help. On several occasions I had to book a full e rickshaw for myself(particularly while returning to hotel) as the driver was not willing to go this far on a shared mode. It's less noisy than many hotels in Haridwar. Hotel is quite clean and has medium sized rooms & a restaurant at roof which serves nice food ( prices are slightly higher) The service, overall, is slightly better than a general 2 star hotel. To begin with only 1 towel was given to me for 2 people in the washroom, extra one provided on request. Hot water in bathroom is mildly hot even though it's summer season when I visited. (Regular tap water in Haridwar is cool). Room had a small closed door almirah (which didn't contain any clothes hanger) & a few open shelves. The pillows covers were not totally clean. No remote for air condition inside though it manages to cool. There is a ceiling fan. There is a parking space outside, however, it is limited & it would be crowded if several rooms are occupied. No night light in room but 2 (unnecessary) distinct set of LED lights(4-5 each) serving the same purpose of full illumination. There is a small lift for use outside. Free wifi ,power backup are there. Overall a good 2 star hotel for a stay 2-3 days stay in Haridwar.

The hotel is good for comfortable stay. We stayed there one night. The food quality is good. There are few shops opposite to hotel where you can buy essential items sweets etc. Behaviour of staffs is very good. It has one restaurant in the terrace with great view of the city.

We stayed at this hotel from 4th April to 7th April. Even though it is a little distance away from the main attraction in town, Har Ki Pauri, it makes up for that with its clean rooms, courteous service and good food. And staying away from the mad rush of tourists is in a way better. I had availed pick-up from Delhi by car which I thought was over priced. So if you are planning on availing similar service, I suggest you do a double check. Also you can negotiate on the tariff! Room service was good, food served nicely and they do take your suggestions on cooking. The restaurant too is nice though we didn't eat there. There is an ATM closeby, Domino's Pizza opposite and Baskin n Robbins outlet a walk away. And Pavan Dham Ashram Ghat too is close by, just in case you want a little privacy when taking that holy dip in the Ganges. Overall, the hotel is a perfect stay when in Haridwar.
